Operator Obligations

Under Transport for London legislation, Sky Bridge Cars is the legal entity responsible for entering into contracts for every booking. While our transport is provided by licensed, independent drivers, the contract for service lies with us.

Booking Acceptance

Your reservation becomes active once you receive confirmation by email or text message. We reserve the right to decline or adjust bookings due to operational reasons or policy violations.

Pricing Structure

Fares shown at the time of booking are fixed. They include a booking management fee (subject to VAT where relevant) and the driver’s payment. Any applicable surcharges will be communicated in advance.

Cancellation Guidelines

• Cancel 12 or more hours before pickup for a full refund.
• No refunds if cancelled within 12 hours unless linked to a documented airline cancellation.
• Refunds are processed promptly, usually within 5 working days.

Passenger Duty

Please ensure you choose the right vehicle for your journey needs. Extra fees or service refusals may occur if your group size or luggage exceeds the booked vehicle’s capacity.

Driver Waiting Time and Delays

Drivers wait up to 45 minutes at airports and 15 minutes elsewhere before waiting charges apply. We cannot guarantee arrival times due to London traffic conditions but strive for punctuality.

Limitation of Responsibility

Sky Bridge Cars does its best to coordinate a smooth journey but is not liable for unexpected road delays, third-party incidents, or disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Forgotten Items

We aim to return lost property left in vehicles but are not accountable for its recovery, condition, or safekeeping.

Data Use and Confidentiality

We comply with all UK GDPR regulations and only use your data for bookings, billing, and service improvement. No personal information is ever sold or misused.

Legal Framework

This agreement is governed under English law. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction in resolving any disputes.
