2. Booking and Acceptance Terms:
- A booking with Sky Bridge Cars signifies your acceptance of these terms. Confirmation is recognized when we send a confirmation email.
3. Refund and Cancellation Terms:
- Advance Cancellation: Customers cancelling more than 12 hours before their scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
- Last-Minute Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pickup are generally non-refundable, except in instances of documented flight cancellations.
4. Pricing Guidelines:
- Our pricing remains fixed once your booking is confirmed, as part of our commitment to straightforward and consistent pricing.
5. Child Travel Policies:
- Consistent withUK Government Guidelines, we accommodate travel for children and infants without the compulsory use of specific car seats. For requested car seats, we charge an additional £15 per seat.
6. Vehicle Choice Responsibility:
- The responsibility to select an appropriate vehicle lies with the customer, considering their passenger number and luggage capacity needs. Our diverse fleet aims to meet various requirements, and we ensure rapid resolution in the event of any mismatch. .
7. Procedure for Lost Items:
- In the event that items are left in our vehicles, Sky Bridge Cars takes prompt action to return them to their owners and keeps them in secure storage until claimed.
