There is a wall in the park that, though it may not seem like much at first, serves as a memorial for those who sadly perished while carrying out bravery-related deeds. One of the most moving things you'll ever see, in my opinion. Here is an illustration of a plaque you might find on the wall: Edward Blake, who was trying to save two unidentified girls, drowned while he was skating at the Welsh Harp Waters in Hendon.
